You must be in the Third Sea to unlock this.
1. Requirements
- 400 Mastery on Electric (V1).
- Tip: Unlock Electric at Skylands in First Sea ($500,000).
2. Find the Previous Hero
- Go to the Floating Turtle.
- Look for an NPC named Previous Hero. He is located near the Longma boss arena (under the giant arches).
